Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, faucets, counters, showers, tubs and toilets. Clean and polish wood furniture. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Vacuum or shake out small rugs. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors. 

Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, wall hangings, furniture, cabinets, trim work, door/window frames, binds, baseboards. Cleaning and sanitizing inks, faucets, counters, showers, tubs and toilets. Spot clean cabinets and drawers. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Vacuum or shake out small rugs. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors. 

Wash walls. Hand clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, switch plates, interior and exterior cabinets and drawers, interior and exterior appliances, interior and exterior microwave, trim work, door/window frames, interior windows, baseboards. Clean interior windows. Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, faucets, counters, showers, tubs and toilets. Vacuum/sweep and mop floors. Empty trash.

We will always let you know if there is an accident left by your pet. However, our policy does not allow the cleaning of pet waste due to safety.

We are unable to clean feces, urine, vomit or blood beyond normal toilet cleaning. 

Normal mold or mildew cleaning in showers, tubs or toilets is the extent of our mold cleaning we are able to provide.

Plastic and metal blinds break and bend to easily. We are only able to surface dust them.

Dirty laundry that is left out will be put in the laundry area of your home or appropriate clothes basket.

We kindly ask that dishes are out of the way so that we may clean surfaces.

To help keep your floors safe, we are unable to move heavy appliances or furniture such as couches, beds, hutches, or heavy tables. We will do our best to reach under them for you. The homeowner is asked to move these items if they are to be cleaned under and behind.
